Job Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and counseling to prospective students and experienced professionals regarding our diverse range of Online/Distance Programs.

• Continually meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly targets concerning call volume and sales.

• Effectively handle inquiries through various channels, including walk-ins, telephone calls, and online platforms, with a focus on converting leads into enrollments.

• Foster and maintain positive relationships with students and working professionals, ensuring their satisfaction and success.

• Maintain connections with the candidates through meetings, calls, and mailers.

• Maintain the database and records of the candidates.

• Following Pre and Post Sales procedures.

• Result-orientated along with the company.

• Should possess a Pleasing, Warm, and Friendly personality with Professional Mannerism.

• Prior experience in education sales/business development will be preferred.
